We don’t live near Geelong, is there an additional charge for you to travel to us?

For weddings outside of the Geelong region, travel fees will apply. We based this on an hourly travel rate ($150/hour). We will travel wherever your wedding is.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured with public liability. If your venue needs proof of insurance, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide that for you.

When do we receive the photos and/or highlight video?

For wedding coverage, it’s typically around 4 to 8 weeks with preview photos (1-2) within 72 hours.

For portraits, it’s usually 2 weeks.

All images will be provided on a USB memory stick in full resolution.

How many photos will I receive?

We deliver every single photo that we edit, but not every single photo that we take. On average, the final edited gallery for an 8-hour wedding day usually has 350-600 photos. The final image count depends on how much “action” happens on your wedding day, the number of formal portraits, the schedule, etc.

A 45-min portrait session can have between 30-60 photos.
